If your balance is all used up or if your Service time runs out your account will expire. Normally you will have to pay $25 to get your Verizon Prepaid Wireless Service activated again. Also there is a good chance you will not be able to get your phone number back if your account is suspended for over 30 days.

The Verizon Prepaid Basic Plan costs 25 cents per minute and no daily access charge. The Verizon Wireless Basic plan is not a good value when you compare to other prepay plans.
Net10.com for 10 cents a minute or Tracfone.com. from 6.6 cents up to 33 cents a minute are much better options.
The Core Plan will cost you 99 cents per day for access and calls are 10 cents per minute. Unlimited calls to Verizon Wireless mobile phones are free. I utilized theVerizon Core program for nearly a year, if most of your phone calls tend to be to other Verizon Wireless customers this is often a great option.
The Verizon Plus Plan is $1.99 per day access and charges 5 cents per minute. Essentially this will be the same as the Core plan with Unlimited Nites and Weekends added and you will only pay 5 cents per text to receive and send.
The Verizon Prepaid Unlimited Talk Plan offers Unlimited minutes and one-cent text messages for $3.99 per day.

Tracfone Wireless Yearly Cellular phone Plan
Tracfone has two different yearly plans. They offer a $100 yearly card that you get 400 units (800 using DMFL).
